Well, I ordered a new one and a couple issues stood out immediately; 1st, the helmet was much heavier than my current MX Jump, and 2nd, the XL was much smaller than the current helmet (it would barley fit my 9 year olds head). I returned it and ordered an XXL, it was still to small! I went on to the Suomy USA site looking for a customer contact phone number but the only way to contact them is by email? I sent an email detailing my concerns 28 days ago and still have never received a response back. I love my current Suomy helmet but it appears they have changed manufacturers or?
