According to investigators, Jemison hit Jones with the helmet, causing him to collapse inside the store. Jones died at the hospital.Lindsey Stover says she never imagined starting the new year without "JJ.""He told me he loved me, I told him I loved him. I didn't think that would be the last kiss I ever got from him," Stover said.Jones was a father of two and Stover says had taken on raising her children, too."He was great with kids. My kids, my sister's kids, his own kids especially," she said. "He was a big kid himself.

Happy, full of life."Police say Jones was inside the Walmart early Monday morning with a friend, then had a conversation with Jemison. "We have reason to believe that they knew each other. It appears it has been an ongoing feud between people in that group," said Sgt. Gary Hammond, with the Tomball Police Department.Stover says the friend Jones was withdrawing money to give him before the encounter with Jemison. She believes it was only about $60."I don't think it was spur of the moment. 11.60 x 9.70 x 7.10 Inches Beware when ordering this helmet, the liner is made of dense styrofoam and has a VERY thin 1/4 inch cell-foam headband...and any motorcycle enthusiast who has spent more than a minute wearing a helmet with a styrofoam liner knows what I am talking about. 1st, this styrofoam liner has no "give" to it at all...it doesn't compress, it doesn't expand...so it fits comfortably only a few lucky heads. I measured my head with a cloth tape and found that my head fell right on the border between the "Large" and the "XL" size...was going to order a "Large". which is the size I usually take in a cell-foam helmet, but decided to go with the XL because of all the size warnings I read on Walmart's website...everyone said these helmets ran small, so I went with the larger size. ...and those earlier helmet buyers weren't kidding...! The XL sized helmet I bought thru Walmart did fit me well, just BARELY...which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of no stars (or the minimum 1 star in this rating system).

But if my head measured an eighth of an inch smaller or larger, the helmet would have been un-wearable. For the price of this helmet you can't go wrong. I tried on in the store first then bought online. It is cheaper online for some reason. had them all beat. Great value on the helmets I bought for myself, and my husband. They are of very good quality, and more than I expected for the price. Good solid helmet however the DOT stamp on the back was off center so I covered it with a Harley-Davidson logo sticker to hide the off center. The helmet has a DOT notice certifying it inside too so I can show an officer if asked. I highly recommend the customer try on the helmet before buying it. According to the sizing chart a 22 1/2 inch diameter equals a size Medium. I went to the local Walmart store figuring I needed a size Medium. It was to small. I then tried a size Large and it was also to small. Then I tried an Extra Large and it was a snug fit. No. I don't have a big head.
