You may submit the application yourself or the dealer may do it for you. Dealers may charge additional fees of $2 each for the registration and title. The title will be mailed to the lender or other lienholder, if any, or to the owner if there is no lienholder.

The cost of a VIN assignment is $2 in addition to any other fees due. The application must be submitted to the OHV Section by mail. Each registration decal issued for an off-highway vehicle must be placed on the left side or rear of the off-highway vehicle in such a manner that the registration decal is clearly visible from the left side or rear of the off-highway vehicle.
