The 90's trend may have been a summer winner but these are a step too far and no good for the Autumn chill.
Out of style: Jelly shoes are no good for the autumn chill while the Fedora revival is also over We loved Creepers last year but they've been done to death now. Ditch them for some 90's statement trainers instead. Leather Sleeved Coats: We had our fill in 2012 and now they're looking super dated. Try a oversized cocoon coat this season.Neon Beenie hats can go, too. They scream 'I'm a Hipster' a little too loudly, tone down the colour to neutral for a chic take on the trend.Keep, buy and ditch: Top ten KeepLeather Biker JacketSlogan SweatshirtBoyfriend JeansSporty Bomber JacketLeather TrousersLeopard PrintOver Sized CoatsA-line SkirtCheck Flannel Shirt BuyFluted SkirtPinkCamouflageHigh Top trainersTextured KnitPatent LeatherBright Polo NeckChunky biker bootsTartan TrousersPointed FlatsDitchShoulder PadsEmbellished JeansCowboy bootsMicro BagsMetallic LeatherPleated Sheer Midi SkirtPeplumFedorasSuspender TightsHoundstooth Ink knit and cute culottes A fuzzy ink jumper, oversized clutch and tough, satin culottes paired with wedges are only for the brave

It was when she was hosting friends from New York that she came up with the idea of uniting all the stores in one place online. Not only to make it easier for Londoners to shop the boutiques but to give people around the world the chance to sample the capital's style too. when I hosted two girlfriends over from New York for a weekend. After a two day marathon of shopping from East to West London, and style spotting from North to South, I realised there had to be an easier way to get a taste of London's style. was registered from my iPhone that Saturday evening.'The business started from her home in Clapham before expanding. During this time she also gave birth to her daughter, Amelia.'I started off at my kitchen table. We photographed all product in my living room and I got multiple WIFI boosters to allow everyone to work from my house in Clapham - my husband was incredibly supportive of this moment.'Three weeks before I gave birth to Amelia we moved in to our offices.  During this start-up time I was meeting with various boutiques and it really was the huge receptiveness of the London boutiques that has enabled us to make this all happen,' she said.
Now she loves being her own boss as a working mother. She said: 'The biggest benefit I find of being a female entrepreneur is the fact that I can juggle both motherhood and business - this is really important to me. Fashion fans: Amanda Crossley, left,  is the head buyer while Georgie Vere Nicoll deals with retail and operations 'If I need to do a nursery visit or attend a family appointment for my little one I don't have to ask anyone, I can just go, although I often wind up working late in to the evenings and my social life has diminished somewhat.'Tina is ably supported by Amanda Crossley, who is the head buyer for the website. It's her job to personally scour all the boutiques to handpickShe explains: 'We then take my selection and photograph all the clothes, shoes and jewellery in-house.'  She used to be a VIP shopper so Amanda said she now enjoys discovering new labels and finding eclectic pieces that will appeal to a wide demographic. Meanwhile, self-confessed fashion addict Georgie Vere Nicoll deals with the company's retail and operations.
