gta 4 motorcycle patrol

For the police bikes in other games, see HPV-1000 or VCPD WinterGreen. The Western Motorcycle Company Police Bike is a police motorcycle that appears in The Ballad of Gay Tony, Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. It is based on the Harley-Davidson Road King FLHP. It is similar to an Electra Glide, but is closer in design to the Road King due to the lack of a fairing. The Police Bike can only seat one person due to the top box for the electrical system being in the way, which means it has the smallest passenger capacity of any vehicle in the game, along with several vehicles (such the Forklift, the Rhino, etc.). In multiplayer the police are not seen riding the bike or pursuing the player in it (much like the Police Stinger and Police Buffalo). In Grand Theft Auto V, the bike reappears with almost the exact look as in TBoGT, except for a few details. The bike no longer features high sirens, but they are replaced by more LED lights over the front wheel cover, the sides and the rear end of the rear section of the same (instead of being turned on when the vehicle's engine is on, these are currently emergency lights).
Unlike the previous appearance, police officers are seen using these bikes. GTA Episodes from Liberty City(Rear quarter view) Being based on a Harley-Davidson Road King, the bike is somewhat heavy but high in power and torque, meaning its top speed and acceleration are average for motorcycles, but higher than most cars. However, the handling is excellent for such a heavy bike, with its powerful brakes being another positive. The bike can also withstand more damage than any other bike in the game, and takes virtually no damage when shot in the saddle bags. Returning to Grand Theft Auto V, the bike's acceleration and top speed capabilities remain unchanged, however, the response of setting off (including traction) has been greatly improved, and with GTA V's new handling physics, the bike is much more responsive for cornering and braking. Because of the bike's weight, the Police Bike isn't a bike capable of successful or easy wheelies, often the bike attempts to pull itself back down when at high speed due to gravitational force, but it also tends to be sluggish at wheelies even at moderate speeds.

―Southern San Andreas Super Autos description. The Karin Dilettante is a hybrid electric four-door liftback featured in Grand Theft Auto IV, Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. "Bad plus good equals better for everyone. Chicks love electric gadgets." ―Slogan for the Dilettante The Dilettante is a compact four-door liftback that is largely based on the second generation Toyota Prius sold between 2003-2009 in Japan and 2000-2003 in European and American markets. However, it has headlights from a Citroën C4, and a body shape that is more similar to the Honda Insight, with its lower roofline over the rear seat area. The taillights are very similar to that of the 2003 Buick Rendezvous. The vehicle itself has a large windscreen which is at a similar angle as the hood. The styling is very uniform, with many straight lines flowing throughout the body of the car, uninterrupted. However, the flared wheel arches are very exaggerated which give the car depth.
According to advertisements in GTA IV, a new Dilettante starts at $39,999. The Dilettante is said to have an interior dashboard screen, similar to the real Toyota Prius. However, there is no actual dashboard screen in-game. The Dilettante is equipped with a GPS system with a male voice, but only if the player leaves the "selected cars" (default) option in the audio menu. For Grand Theft Auto V, the Dilettante retains the same design and qualities as before. The Dilettante is powered by an electric motor and an internal combustion engine at the same time in with a 5 speed automatic in GTA IV; and an electric motor at very low speeds, then an internal combustion engine for most of the time with a CVT as standard. Despite having two sources of power, the Dilettante accelerates very slowly, and transmission choice does not make a difference. It has a top speed which is among the lowest in the game. The Dilettante, due to the dreadful turning radius, understeers at moderate-to-high speeds.
The suspension is fairly soft, thus allowing the car to bounce around on rough roads. The car in GTA V is noticeably quicker than that found in GTA IV. However, the car is more managable than the Bollokan Prairie, especially when turning at low to moderate speeds. The combustion engine is also more noticeable in terms of sound, with a unique, roary tone, alongside its single speed (CVT) gearbox. It has considerably weak bodywork, as even low speed crashes can result in major body deformation. It is also severely affected by bullets. It is noticeably more rigid in GTA V than its GTA IV counterpart.
