As many Grand Theft Auto 5 fans can attest, ever since the open world crime title’s release over three years ago, Rockstar Games has been keeping the game flush with free post-launch content such as its racing expansion known as Cunning Stunts and the action-driven DLC dubbed Further Adventures in Finance and Felony. While such add-ons have been positively received by the game’s enormous fan base, the developer recently decided to give players even more in the way off additional assets, by revealing its intentions to put out the much-requested motorcycle-themed Bikers update. Now, Rockstar Games has thankfully unveiled exactly when fans can expect to take part in the world of underground Motorcycle Clubs in Grand Theft Auto 5‘s Los Santos and Blaine County, revealing that Bikers is set to become available in GTA Online on October 4, 2016 as an automatic update. So, not long from now, players will soon be able to experience all new competitive and co-operative gameplay in the multiplayer aspect of the title, in addition to new modes, vehicles, weapons, clothing, and much more.

In order to give Grand Theft Auto 5 fans a better idea of what to expect from the Bikers update, Rockstar Games has also released a handful of new screenshots for the add-on. All of the fresh stills can be found below, as they depict several different scenarios of motorcycle madmen and women in leather Club jackets and vests while posing, popping wheelies, and hitting the open road.

Of course, as many hardcore Grand Theft Auto fans will most certainly recall, this isn’t the first instance of Rockstar Games including motorcycle gangs as post-launch content for one of the franchise’s titles. As it happens, the studio put out the episodic expansion known as The Lost and Damned for GTA 4, which was well-received by fans and critics alike.

After all, the studio’s parent company Take-Two Interactive has declared that the online aspect of the franchise will be rested sometime, as developers will not only need to reserve energy, but also move on to projects beyond GTA 5. Taking this into consideration, although Rockstar has generated ample wealth with Grand Theft Auto Online — it had generated half a billion dollars at about six months ago — the company will eventually have to leave GTA 5 behind for even greener pastures.

The Biker DLC will unite the criminal underworld across Los Santos and Blaine County as part of Motorcycle Clubs that promote a bunch of competitive and co-operative gameplay, using new game-modes, weapons, clothing and more.

The game maker has rolled out a slew of interesting gameplay screenshots for the upcoming Biker update for GTA Online, in its recent post on Newswire. Here are a few of those exhilaratingly-stunning snapshots depicting the new DLC in action: We can clearly see a couple of bikers performing wheelies in the first screenshot (above), wherein it is now confirmed that bikers can also perform melee attacks while riding the bike. In the second screenshot (below), it is evident that new prospects for the Motorcycle Club must earn the President's respect to move up in their ranks or to get promoted to higher positions. The next screenshot (below) clearly reveals the addition of new assorted melee weapons while riding bikes such as the new Western Rat in GTA Online. In the final screenshot (below), it is evident that you can take your prospects as backup or bodyguards on all new Motorcycle Club missions in Biker DLC for GTA Online. In related news, renowned YouTuber MrBossFTW (aka Ross) has revealed the complete breakdown of DLC content based on the screenshots seen above.

In the first screenshot, we can see a couple of brand new bikes which looks like a hybrid of Street Fighter and the Trials bike. According to some GTA fanatics, it is a clone of the real-life bike, KTM Duke 390. In addition, we get to see some brand-new blade-like motorcycle wheels on the red bike while its rider is wearing the 1980s-style sunglasses. There is also a hint of casual clothing along with some MC styled suit worn by the riders. The yellow bike also showcases a unique white–walled front tyre while the rear has regular tyre. This is a specially customised bike as such a feat is not possible with the existing bikes in GTA Online. Moving on to the second image, you can notice four different types of MC vests being worn by the prospects or new recruits in the group. It is not yet clear if these will be generic MC vests or something that will be allocated based on the recruit's ranking within the biker organisation. However, it is very clear that the person standing at the centre of the screenshot carries the President badge on his vest.

To the right, we can see the Enforcer badge on the classic long-leather-vest of another recruit. On the extreme left, you can see the person wearing Sergeant-at-Arms badge on a sleeveless vest without any shirt underneath. Finally, the girl in the background is wearing the modified version of the sleeveless vest with a T-shirt underneath it. Given the badge label on her vest, she appears to be the Vice President of the organisation. It is now ascertained that the four prime roles in the MC group include President, Vice President, Enforcer and the Sergeant-at-Arms. However, it is not known if the remaining four members of the group would get the position of assistants to each of these key roles or if they would remain trainee soldiers until they reach a certain high-ranking within the organisation. There is also a glimpse of the new Mohawk hairstyle being worn by the Sergeant, which is a typical illustration of a biker-style haircut. As Ross explains, the female characters are likely to get at least one brand-new haircut as depicted in the screenshot.

Additionally, you can also see her riding the Zombie bike from GTA 4. In the background, just behind the President, you can also notice the clean version of the Western Rat bike. One can also notice the various tattoo marks on his right and left arms, as well as his chest and stomach. The female in the background also flaunts a tattoo mark on her left arm. On the weapons front, we can see a combat axe in the Sergeant's right-hand which has the sharp blade on one end and a pounding tool on the other. Moving on to the third screenshot, it is almost certain that we will be seeing a clean and a rusty version of the Western Rat bike with the advent of Biker DLC in GTA Online. You will also notice the character wielding a machete as the new melee weapon for close-combat moves while riding the bike. There is also a spiked wrist band on the character's left hand while both his arms are decorated with tattoos. One can also see some tattoo marks on his chest and head. You will also get the hint of some special, biker-riding boots from Mad Max.

There is also the option of adding or removing the passenger seat on the Western Rat bike as you can see the two seats on the bike are separated from each other. Moving on to the final screenshot, you can see four of the bikers riding in pre-defined formation. Each of these characters can be further broken down in terms of their clothing, accessories and bike-customisation. The main character at the forefront of the image can be seen wearing a jean-jacket with a bunch of insignia on it. He is also wearing a new blue-beanie with white stars on it. It must be noted that all four bikers are wearing the same kind of jacket, albeit in different colours. Biker jeans trousers and motorcycle boots are the common outfits across all four bikers in the image. Coming to the bikes, the one on the front with black mainframe and yellow on the body parts has been identified as the Wolfsbane from 'The Lost and The Damned' DLC in GTA 4. The one on the right has been confirmed to be the Zombie bike while the two on the left are speculated to be the Freeway bikes or the modified versions of the Daemon or the Wayfarer bike from GTA: San Andreas.
