If the issue appears to be with the engine, please see your local Honda Engine dealer. You can also view common engine troubleshooting tips here. If the issue appears to be with the equipment, we recommend you take your unit to a servicing dealer for the manufacturer of your equipment. Find brands powered by Honda.

Those that work hard and have talent will do well and make a great living. Cons those that feel entitled need not apply. It is a job, you get out of it what you put into it. Advice to Management Inspect what you expect, hold everyone accountable evenly.

Jun 14, 2016 Pros Benefits, Fun Environment, Great And Hard Working Employees, Flexible Hours, Develop Data Entry Skills, Answer High Volume Phone Calls, Interact With Customers, Receive Great Bonuses Cons Favoritism To Certain Individuals, No Managerial Support, Disrespectful Managers & Employees, Unprofessionalism Advice to Management Try Being More Professional And Treat Your Employees Better! LISTEN TO THEM May 3, 2016 Helpful (1) Pros Very successful dealership with many learning opportunities and potential for advancement if that is the track you want to be on. active in the community. Cons I have not yet experienced any downside in working here. I suppose with a larger company there is always the opportunity to get "lost in the mix", but management is pretty hands on here. Apr 21, 2016 Helpful (1) I have been working at Hendrick Honda full-time (More than 10 years) Pros Great family environment, great team to work with. I have been with the company for over 20 years and could not ask for a better place to work.

The GM and VP are always here sot support you and help you any way the can. Cons the survey makes you feel in a 5 word con Advice to Management Keep doing what your doing people always work harder when the know you care about them and their families Thank you May 3, 2016 I worked at Hendrick Honda full-time (More than a year) Pros Some of the staff were excellent to work with, and I made quite a few friends. Spiffs were outstanding, and there were plenty of opportunities for a little bonus here and there. The general manager is a heck of a guy, and will give you the shirt off of his back. Corporate are a bunch of stooges, and the GM stops a lot of the garbage from reaching the bottom of the workforce, which is the sign of a good leader. Cons The hours are absolutely terrible, and unless you make a quota, you aren't getting paid crap! You won't get promoted to say, Finance Manager, unless you are an absolute butt kisser. Some of the people there are extremely dishonest, and I wouldn't send my worst enemy to purchase a vehicle from them.

One of the top salesman is related to the management, and always seems to get deals. He can't do anything wrong, and when you ask why he isn't there, "You sell 25 cars a month and you can have some time off as well". He isn't that great of a salesman, just start giving deals to your newer employees. Heck, he went on a cruise and sold cars without setting foot on dry land! The health insurance plan is an absolute joke. Advice to Management Stop promoting people to manager, and start promoting leaders. You won't get anywhere when you promote people based solely on the numbers they put up. Promote a leader, not butt kissers. Only 50% of your management team is worth a darn. Get to know your employees on a personal level, and get rid of the ding dongs. Mar 30, 2016 Helpful (1) I have been working at Hendrick Honda full-time (More than 3 years) Pros good culture, opportunities for career unlimited, great benefits, winning attitude Cons long hours go with the business Advice to Management stay positive ,customer service needs to be forever improving as the formost mind set.
