I ordered my first pair a few months ago, and it worked great for a while, until I got caught in the rain one day and one of it stopped working.

But because it was good, I decided to get one more pair. I emailed the seller asking about the warranty but did NOT receive any help on their end. They were NOT at all helpful and so I decided to forget it and just get one more pair. This item comes at a good price and seems to be worth it to get one more pair and have one as a spare while the other to replace the malfunctioned set. A while after I received my 2nd pair, the other one from my original pair stopped working. I am now very concerned about the lifespan and durability of this product. Note that the 2nd one stopped working out of the blue - not because I was caught in the rain, etc. It I do NOT recommend this product - really, just invest in a better one. I wasn't using it very heavily either, just for music once in a while and to communicate with my pillion once a week or so. It doesn't last. Seller is unhelpful, and thus warranty is crap. Being able to communicate on the road while riding is priceless, and having a Bluetooth equipped helmet can make things even better.
