Posted by Unknown on Jan 20th 2017 I am writing this review to let everyone know that this is a good helmet and at a good price to boot. This is my second helmet from this company so I am comparing this helmet to the VIPER Modular Dual Visor Motorcycle helmet. My biggest complaint with the VIPER Modular helmet was the mechanism that raises and lowers the tinted visor.

So, when I ordered this helmet I ordered the next size up, XL instead of the L, and that made a world of difference. This helmet is comfortable to wear and doesn't seem to shift or lift even at high speeds. I was a little worried since I ordered the next size up but it was a good choice. I guess I would suggest that if you are at the top of the size range just get the next size up, you may be happier. I am also happy to see that the tinted visor mechanism seems to be much better in this helmet. The slide feel is much firmer and feels like the switch is actually attached to the visor. The other helmet felt like the switch didn't grip or attach to the visor and would slide without actually moving the visor. I am happy with the new design and functionality. To be honest I have not had the chance to wear this helmet for an extended period of time. However, for the time I have been able to wear this helmet, it has met every expectation and I had for this helmet. The padding, in both helmets, is similar to the other helmets I have owned, at much higher prices, So far, for the time I have been able to wear the helmet, it has been comfortable and unlike the VIPER helmet, the size up feels much better on my cheeks.
It almost feels like I could chew gum without biting my cheeks while wearing the helmet. I can without hesitation recommend this helmet if you are in the market for a decent quality helmet at a decent price.
