scooters himself, commented on how well this Cushman was done. It was built retaining the oil filter and oil cooler so the engine operates with all components for which it was designed. All parts are new except the frame, 2 speed transmission, and clutch. The frame was blasted down to bare metal, the transmission has all new bearings, seals, and gaskets, and clutch has new bearings and lining. The clutch has 2 pulley/belt system to prevent slippage and save wear and tear on the transmission from over tightening the belts. Clutch cover has been modified to accommodate the 2 pulleys/belts. The rear fender box is designed to come apart in pieces for ease of maintenance such as changing the transmission sprocket and servicing the chain. It has dual exhausts, Mikuni carb, $300 leather seat, and deuce style windshield. The frame and custom tail panel are painted single stage automotive black, while the rest of the sheet metal is painted with flat black epoxy primer so the new owner can paint their choice of color.
It has 12 inch spun aluminum wheels, Michelin radial tires, aluminum front and rear hubs. Titled and licensed in Las Cruces, NM 88011.1960 Cast Iron Eagle | 8hp with an oversized intake. Frame and all sheet metal have been powder coated.
