All water-repellent clothing and equipment needs regular maintenance if it’s to continue working at its best. Unfortunately, time, dirt, and even regular wear can all inhibit a garment’s ability to repel water, leaving you wet, cold, and uncomfortable. Based on the same technology used by clothing manufacturers to waterproof garments in the factory, Grangers Xtreme Repel restores the water-repellent finish to your garments, leaving you fully protected outdoors. Ideal for treating an entire garment, this product can nonetheless be used to ‘top up’ high wear areas, including collars, cuffs, and sleeves. Heat activation via a tumble dryer, iron, or hairdryer is required. Grangers Xtreme Repel is suitable for use on all outdoor and technical fabrics, and is perfect for restoring the water-repellent finishes found on all Gore-Tex® and eVent clothing. Best when applied to a clean, damp garment – we recommend using Grangers Performance Wash. Requires heat activation for best results. Suitable for use on all Gore-Tex® and eVent garments. Grangers Xtreme Repel is a highly effective waterproofing treatment, designed to provide the highest possible level of water-repellency without adversely affecting breathability. Usage instructions are as follows: Spray Xtreme Repel directly onto a freshly cleaned, damp garment from around 15cm away. Remove any excess drips or droplets with a clean cloth. Dry the garment in a tumble drier, following the recommendations of the garment care label. This product is suitable for use on all waterproof jackets and clothing.
