motorcycle day trips to scotland from belfast

The 2017 Events Calendar will provide another thrill-a-minute season for Scots motor sport fans. The season will kick off with the Grant Construction Rally moving to February, allowing a bigger entry of rally cars for Round One of the Scottish Tarmack Rally Championship. The opening rounds of the SMRC (Scottish Motor Racing Club), KMSC (Knockhill Motor Sports Club - bike racing) and our Rockstar Super Lap Scotland Championships add to a quality season ahead. Additionally, the SMRC will return for a further 6 outings throughout the season, the undoubted highlight being the return of the Super Touring Car Championship in June after a fantastic inaugural visit with Gabriel Tarquini and Frank Biela. Similarly, our KMSC bike racers will enjoy four two-day race meetings throughout the course of 2017 with added visiting rounds and content. The Super Lap Scotland Championship – powered by Rockstar Energy Drink - featuring some of the fastest cars in Scotland - will return alongside racing at two of their events in 2017 - the 70th Anniversary Celebration of Ferrari will be a highlight – not only of the May event but of 2017.
It is currently the biggest celebratory event planned by the Ferrari Owners Club in the UK and features the Ferrari racing championship, Owners track cars and show cars – it will be a Ferrari heaven! As well as taking centre-stage on four themed SLS / Hot Hatch Days - Clean and Scene, Japanese Car Show, Subaru v Mitsubishi and the highly popular Paul Walker Tribute event in September. Additional Hot Hatch Track days will feature along the way with a proposed German and of course the Scottish Ford Live event returning for another festival of Ford machinery in May – one of the biggest Ford events in the UK. 2017 will also see the return of our World of Supercars Track Day and Show in July that, this year, featured 181 Supercars from the likes of Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, McLaren and Lamborghini. The Scottish Drift Cup event returns for another smoke-filled Guy Fawkes inspired night of action in November with night entertainment under floodlights. Our two headline events take place in June (MCE British Superbike Championship) with a world class grid of bike racers and in August (Dunlop British Touring Car Championship) with triple-champ Gordon Shedden returning to his home track to race in front of his 1000’s of race fans.
All-in-all, the 2017 season will be jam-packed with a wide array of events that should cater for all sorts of motorsport interests - with yet more events in the pipeline too. And, the best way to see all the action, is to book yourself one of our fantastic season passes that will grant you, your family or indeed your fellow motor sport fan access to the events, whether it’s a Two Wheeled Pass, Four Wheeled Pass or the Gold Season Pass for access to every event.wanda motorcycle tires 2016 SMRC Season Finalebest beginner cruiser motorcycles 2013 The 2016 Scottish Motor Racing Club concluded at Knockhill yesterday in spectacular fashion (Sunday ...motorbike shop neville's cross
