He also allegedly moved his brother's injured body to their van, which was driven by Pagan Emma Metzgar, 32, of Dover, N.J.O'Reilly asked the court to tentatively schedule a plea conference for Ritchie around May 16. O'Reilly said he is still negotiating a possible guilty plea agreement with Ritchie's attorney.On July 17, 1994, members of the Tri-County Motorcycle Club held their annual picnic at the Hackettstown Elks Club. Locke was wounded in the neck and had two fractured vertebrae, also caused by a 9 mm bullet. Riger's neck wound was from a knife.During a search of the crime scene, police found four ax handles, a large stick, 37 folding knives, a hatchet, two large Bowie knives, a K-Bar combat knife, a pipe wrapped with string, a small baseball bat, several handguns and an M-1 carbine, which is classified as an assault weapon in New Jersey.Tri-County member Terrence McGuire, 29, of Madison, N.J., was charged with possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of hollow-point bullets. McGuire entered the Pre-Trial Intervention Program.Michael Lauer, 42, of Andover, N.J., also a Tri-County member, had pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a handgun and possession of an assault rifle (the M-1 carbine).
