They gave me a GREAT price. My dealer in Houston wasn't interested in dropping his price at all. The sales team, Frank and Will were great guys to deal with. Recently I discovered that Suzuki will replace an item I'm not happy with due to a paint issue. My warranty had just run out when I found out they would replace it. But Will is helping me to convince Suzuki to replace the part anyway. Considering I live so far away you really can't beat service like that. Jen in the parts dept was also super helpful. Would I go back to Heyser Cycles to buy another bike? Hell yeah I would.
