Investigation continues into fatal motorcycle accident in VernonThe Waukesha County Sheriff's Department filed a search warrant to obtain blood and fluid samples from Steven A. Fredrick, the driver of a motorcycle involved in a fatal accident July 30.Fredrick, 56, and his passenger, Penny Fredrick, were traveling along Highway ES in the town of Vernon when a minivan driven by a 41-year-old Mukwonago woman, Theresa McGillivray, pulled out in front of them as she attempted to turn onto Prairieside Drive. According to authorities the minivan pulled directly into the path of the motorcycle, which was traveling north along Highway ES,  causing the motorcycle to crash into the minivan.Ms. Fredrick, 55, was ejected from the motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene. Mr. Fredrick sustained serious injuries and was taken to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee with where blood samples were taken.
Authorities have requested a search warrant for the samples, due to privacy and HIPAA laws.  They believe the samples will help aid in the investigation of the death of Ms. Fredrick.Wisconsin individual income tax rates vary from 4.00% to 7.65%, depending upon marital status and income.
