They spend time with you to orient you to the controls and get you going as soon as possible. Took my first ever road trip down to the Big Sur using a Triumph Bonne hired from these guys in December 2014. Sorry it has taken so long to put up a review here. Great company and terrific trip advice. The bike ran sweetly for the whole trip. Great experience, bikes are well maintained and staff is very helpful. They bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. Making a trip from Scotland to San Francisco to ride motorcycles with friends who live in the Bay Area is a pretty big deal for me. So it's important that things go well and that the rental company provides a great service. This has certainly been my experience of renting BMW R1200GS motorcycles on two occasions.
