Best we can tell, it's a late 90's or early 2000 Ford Ranger Supercab pickup...maybe silver-ish. It looks to be 4X4 and is missing the lower air dam (below the front bumper). After he crashed through, he hit the post again on the way out so will have SUBSTANTIAL damage. Please share if you're so inclined; we would appreciate someone being held accountable.
