I can't begin to express our appreciation for Mike and "Eastside Storage". We received word with VERY short notice, that we needed to move from Southern California to Silverdale, Wa. We had to quickly sell the house, rent a truck, move, store all of our belongings for 2 months while we bought a house, waited for closing, rented another truck and again, with a "last minute approval", empty the storage facility into the new home! Mike "absorbed" all of the pressing details and made that part of the move smooth and non-stressful. I've rented several storage units over the last 15 years, some long-term, some short-term. I used two other companies before I found Eastside. I can't say enough great things about Eastside's service, convenience, and prices. All of the staff are frienly, courteous, and truly there to help thier customers. Recently the manager went above and beyond to assist me. I am a loyal fan of this great business! Mike, and Amy do an outstanding job. Its not very often you meet people that are very courteous and friendly, and will go out of their way and they treat the customers like family.

I have always had the BEST customer service from all of the folks at Eastside Storage! We stored our camper trailer here for a period of time and always received excellent service. There is no code to gain access to the facility. You can gain access by signing in at the office during business hours only. It's nice to know that everyone in the county won't have the access code to gain entry! This way of doing business keeps the crime/theft down since the staff knows who is and who isn't on the property.

I strongly recommend Eastside Storage for any storage needs. Whether it's moving or downsizing, they strive to make your transition as smooth as possible! I have had lockers at Eastside Storage on and off for several years, and in other states on and off for 30 years. The folks at Eastside Storage have always been stars in customer service. The current managers, Mike and Amy Tener, are amazing at remembering customer names, even locker numbers, and making a person feel welcome when walking in the door and -- in my case since I have often been out of the state -- when calling to pay my bill over the phone.
