The product was extremely easy to install with no modifications needed. My Lady finds the rear seat much more comfortable than the original. It's taller, so I purchased a taller sissy bar along with the Mustang sissy bar pad. It not only looks more appealing, it makes for a more enjoyable ride. Looks good and fits good. Took a short 500 mile trip on it and felt good- could have went another 500 miles lol. I couldn't take anymore tailbone pain. I'm 51 and after an hour or two of riding I'm in so much pain I can't get off the bike. 2004 Fatboy stock seat. The new seat slid right on with absolutely minor effort. I tested it out for 2 hours and didn't want to stop riding. My posture has changed. The whole ride feels like a new ride. And, when I got off, no pain. Still more riding to do. But, as of right now, this seat kicks ass. I gave it 4 stars for recommend only because I'm sure, for the money and budget, there are still more comfortable seats as well. I ride a Honda VTX 1800R2. Quality, style and comfort are all excellent. Installation however was difficult. I still can not line up one of the two holes on the frame and have all but given up. It was either find a more comfortable way to ride my current motorcycle or buy a more comfortable motorcycle. I have rode in the Mustang seat for 1,000 miles and have been comfortable. I have come to the conclusion that there will always be some minor discomfort when riding for longer periods of time. The Mustang seat makes it very minor and more than tolerable to want to keep riding instead of taking that rest stop.Fits my bike great. Feels great on long rides and my lower back Stock seat was uncomfortable on my new hip joints. This wide touring sure feels different. On time delivery, simple to put on and fit perfect. Now our rides are much more fun and longer with great comfort 100 miles and more. Fast delivery and the seat made my bike ride like a new bike. This seat made it so me and my wife can ride till I need to fill up- 150 miles non stop. Loved it, we both were very satisfied with this seat.
