When you logon to your account through the DCU website your auto loan should appear as one of your accounts, there is an option next to your auto loan balance that says 'pay' you can use this to transfer funds from 1 DCU account like checking or saving, to your auto loan. If you are transferring funds from an external account to dcu then paying your loan I have to do an external transfer from my other bank account like Bank of America for example, then once the funds are deposited into my dcu account I can then use the 'pay' option described previously to transfer funds from my checking or saving to my auto loan. In order to pay your Auto loan using Online Banking, funds would need to be on deposit in your DCU Savings or Checking account already and then you would click either the TRANSFERS tab or the Make a transfer button to move funds to the loan.
