We would go back there time and time again! This Home Depot is near my work in Henrietta. Like the Penfield store, everyone is friendly and helpful. I never have to find someone to help my needs. Great Store and Great People!!! the people were helpful The store employees were polite, helpful, smiling, and seemed to be concerned about doing their job well. It made me want to be a part of the Home Depot Team Service has declined at this store over the years, and it continues to decline. It's below average (Fair) at best. Occasional good service keeps me from rating it completely poor. I still like Home Depot and I would shop other stores, if they were closer to me. If you have a choice, pick a different location. Ivis and the team were very helpful in helping me with the decision and purchase of several doors, door knobs and molding required for a home improvement project. Basically, the store is clean and products are easily to be find. Employee are friendly but slow sometimes.
