We have divided Cairo into 5 zones while investing in owning a branch in each zone. These 5 branches consist of the following: 20 assistants (2 shifts) Our zones are established in the following areas to be able to serve any orders we receive efficiently. Our system gives us the advantage of being able to track every detail of the order from the moment the order is received through the call center to the point of delivery to the client, and each step the representative completes such as buying an item is reflected in our system instantly through the PDA that each rep holds.
