I can't count how many times the sales guys at other shops called me "bro". I'm not your Bro.....and no, I don't work out. Nor am I looking for my "next sick ride." The guys at Newgate were very professional and customer oriented. I was only looking for a new cover for the winter, and Dale was just chatting up. We talked about what kind of riding I do, and what I ride. I mentioned about getting a newer bike...and he showed me a couple used bikes. No pressure, very knowledgeable and courteous. Not once did he call me bro, or try to squeeze my bicep. Nonetheless, I had a beautiful 2012 bike under me in about 2 weeks. They even searched for the extra seat and windscreen from the original owner. I truly understand customer service - - and these guys nailed it.

She answered all my questions and willingly agreed to let me take the bike out for a test drive. Everything checked out perfectly. There was no sales pressure. I put down a deposit got my financing worked out and picked it up two days later. They tell me they have a tech that has worked on Goldwings for thirty years so I took my 2003 Goldwing into their shop for service.
