His name is Jeff, but we call him Rumpal. He’s nicknamed after the right hand man of the Maharaja of the Bundi Province in Rajasthan, India. Rumps started at BCM years ago as a mechanic’s apprentice and now he’s one of our most seasoned wrenches. A Minnesota native, when he’s not out riding his Honda CB750, you can usually find Rumpal lakeside in front of the campfire. Lance: Parts and Service A fully capable mechanic in his own right, when he’s not turning wrenches himself, Lance handles the logistics of getting bikes fixed. He knows what bikes are getting fixed, when, and he can quote part numbers off the top of his head. It’s kinda scary, actually. Listen for the signature scream of his Yamaha RD350. Look at your calendar, find the Thursday column and count down three weeks. On the third Thursday of all the warmer months (and sometimes during winter) we open our doors after hours to host a two wheel block party. The action starts at 6:00 PM and goes as late as it goes.
