Seems like people are really liking the new concept. I've been getting many calls and lots of repeat customers because of it. Only real setback is it takes a little longer to get to the next job because of travel times and setting up appointments to meet with perspective customers. But other than that, it is working fine. Now for the bad news I'm about 2 weeks out for any new customers with big jobs needed to be done on their... machines. About 2-3 days out on a simple job. But if it's an emergency type of situation that you may have, then of course I'll do whatever I can to get ya back on the road/trail or whatever your motorcycle needs may be. At the end of most days it takes precision parking to get all our customers bikes back into the shop just to close the door! And on an added note, my big sales point with getting products shipped within 24 hours to my shop has a glitch in it right now. It's been pushed back to 48 hours and I'm trying to get information about why it's taking an extra day. But these bigger benders like Tucker Rocky, Rocky Mountain ATV, and Parts Unlimited what a large "buy-in" to be a dea...ler for them and sell their products. They want a promise of over $3000 a month's in retail purchases! Plus they want a deposit from me of $2500! Who can afford that? This is why I stick with WPS!(Western Power Sports) and the savings to YOU my valued customers wouldn't be any different if I were to invest in these bigger venders ! So why this post????
