Please look at it from both sides. Earlier this summer I got a call from guy who had broken down.he asked me to come pick up his bike as he was stranded. I really was overworked and told him there was no way I could get away to pick him up and that I don't normally pick bikes up but then after some begging I gave in. When I got there he was with a friend on another bike. I went to the front of the traile...r they pushed the bike up into the wheel chock with him straddling the bike he put the kickstand down I put the straps on and left. When I got to the shop I looked over the fender to check the kickstand it appeared to be down. When I let loose the strap the kickstand was apparently not locked into place the bike fell over denting the tank causing over $600. When I called him he promptly told me that this was my responsibility as the bike was in my trailer in my care. it was up to me to make sure his bike wasn't harmed in any way. I argued that I was doing him a favor ,he and his friend loaded the bike, he put the kickstand down all I did was put the straps on and take the straps off.

I handled gettiing the tank repaired I fixed the problem with his bike that caused him to break down in the first place and didn't charge him because I did feel terrible about this whole thing .When he picked the bike up he couldn't say enough nice things about how great the bike looked and ran. Then I told him I had a bill for him. The praise ended there he informed me that he will not pay for the repair, that I should have been more careful it was not his fault in any way. In partnership with Delkron, we got to work. We packed in the best of everything we could get our hands on starting with a Delkron case, a bullet proof flywheel with Carrillo rods, billet everything...oil pump, cam cover, rocker boxes, rocker supports, etc. Then we bolted on a heavily modified version of our Pro Stock heads and cylinders and topped it off with a Twin Tec programmable electronic ignition and your choice of an S&S or Mikuni carb. At 10.5 comp ratio, 4.25 bore/4.25 stroke, this torque beast puts out a reliable 140 ft/lbs, slides into a stock frame, is fully blueprinted, and is handcrafted one at a time.
