Is the HD 68200-00D alarm Thatcham category 2 approved. I am looking for the technical difference between the 68200-00d and the 68207-00d specifically in regards to the dyna's. Is the 68200 for carborated and the 68207 fuel injected. I am basically trying to find out why the smart siren II will not work on my bike. I have a 2003 Dyna. Hi Jester,I show the difference between the two is one is meant to mount vertically and another horizontal. Otherwise the pin outs and connectors are the same.This is not a guarantee it would allow the smart siren II to work on your 03. We can not guarantee any fitment outside of our fitment guide. Last nite I lost the key fob for my 2013 FLHX somewhere along an 80 mile ride home. I suspect that I lost it early in the ride. I parked the bike at a convenience store and turned it off. Then it would not start and then I realized that I had lost the key fob. My wife brought me my spare fob but the bike still wouldn't start. Today I took the bike to two differnt dealers who communicated with each other to try and disarm the bike with the pin code.

One was a local dealer (TylerTX) and the other was the dealer I purchased the bike from (Garland TX). Neither could disarm the security system. The Tyler dealer plugged in his diagnostic tool but could not communicate with the sustem. So my question is- If the bike is running and away from the fob for 60 minutes or so does the security system crash fatally. I don't believe in coincidence. security system programing on used bike purchaced 05 sport 1200 custom with 2700 miles. bike is great but would like to know more about alarm system. another ign key and alarm button is needed too Is this system easely to instalete at home?
