yamaha r1 tire size 2005

Only got 5k out of mine. Great handling comfort but horrible longevity. I ride hard but not GPS Moto hard. Great price for the tire..will purchase again from Motorcycle Superstore. Tire arrived on time..Would Buy From Again!! Michelin Pilot power rear tire Seems like a very good tire, good ride, great traction, I don't know about wear yet. I hope it lasts at least 8,000 miles. I haven't had it in the rain, so don't know about wet grip. I've tried them all 2010 speed triple Like it says I have tried them all. This is the 1st tire that literally after the first ride has never had any impact on my cornering confidence. Heat up time is very minimal. Go easy scrubbing them in. I have had them hot enough to ball the edges and what amazed me the most is the amount of feel and feedback still in the tires at that temp. Still dollar for dollar my favorite all around tire! Best tire I've ever used These are the absolute best tires I've ever used on a bike, last year I upgraded to the pilot power 3's and I'm really disappointed with them.
I will go back to using these, you don't get the best mileage out of the tire, but these are the stickiest tires I've ever used. I had no problems doing 70 miles an hour on the highway in the rain with them. These tires are amazing. Went from Dunlop's to Michelin's on my 01 CBR929 and the difference was unreal. Felt like I was riding a whole different bike. Fast, stable, and insanely grippy at ridiculous lean angles. The best, and I've tried many. Put these on my 2002 R1. I'm not an experienced rider, but my experience level is increasing. With a fear of low siding a street bike, I'm using the entire width of the tread in the corners. I have had the rear break loose on me one time and the bike got a little squirelly, but that was one time. Other times, it grabs and lifts the front end effortlessly. So far, great tire. I'll put this tire on again when these wear out. Bought a new front and rear Michelin Pilot for my Kawasaki ZX14 - it was like driving a new and different bike!
Excellent handling and feel. I would recommend this tire to anyone wanting to improve their riding experience. Just like the front... I love this tire, wish I could give more stars! Will buy the same if still available, they last awhile. I wish I could have this tire available for life! I love this tire. Since the day I bought the bike Ive never had any other tire, never will. motorcycle parts hatfieldThe tread life leaves a bit to be desired though. american ironhorse motorcycles for sale in texasGo through one every season. used motorcycle dealers loveland coBut since my wife will be riding the sport bike Im sure she wont drive like me. motorcycles for sale loveland
At least I hope. Motorcycle Superstore has the lowest pricing and the fastest shipping. Michelin pilot power rear Hitting a corner a little too hard, leaning way over scraping my peg and fairing on my 02 yamaha FZ1. Coming out of the turn, picked itself up and we kept on going. This is a tried and trued sport bike tire. Great cost option versus the 2CT version if you know youre not gonna lean the last 10-20mm of the "chicken strip". macna motorcycle jacketsI was able to get roughly 3-4k miles of daily commuting and weekend twisties out of mine. motorcycle helmet shop in dubaiI daily commuted in rain with confidence. vancouver motorcycle parts swap meetMy bike is a 2007 ZX6R.

These are good tires and will rip the track great Nice tires great grip You get what you pay for! These tires give you the confidence to lay the bike over in a turn and allow you to brake much later when entering a turn. Ridden twice since switching from the MX 52. The back tire was a challenge to get on, but was worth the sweat once on! I did research for a few months and narrowed my selection down to the mx32s. I ride a lot of northern Michigan single tracks and do some track days. So far the front tire is phenomenal at grabbing any terrain and going where I want it too. It took a while to dial the air pressure down to find out what handles best for me. (9psi). The rear tire does amazing on the sandy tracks, that huge center knobby is like a paddle tire and hooks up great.
In the slightly harder pack, single tracks, I am getting more tire spin than I am used to, harder to wheelie over some obstacles, but the new block on block design really hooks good in the steep corners. Overall this is a great tire, and so far I have enjoyed having them under my CRF450r.The rear will wear fast but what do you expect from a race tire. The front while super grippy was less than durable for me personally. I have ended up tearing almost every side knob, Some close to all the way off. 100% of my riding is at Albany MX where those that know will tell you its river bed loam and sand. If it does firm up it isn't what I would call hard pack like Mt. View or Territorial clay. These are the only tires I've had this happen on. I'll most likely be back but not until I try out some other brands Amazing front end control in all types of dirt and a rear that lasts longer than other brands. The price was right on and delivery was quick. This is probably my 5th set of the mx52's and I love them.
They hook up amazing around the track. Motosport is the only place I will order my tires/parts from. I ordered a set and the delivery people "lost" them and motosport got a new set shipped to me with no problem! due to my lack of riding over the years i haven't had to shop/buy and install tires in a long time. i did a little comparative review reading and felt stick with what you know and stay with dunlops. i have never had an issue with the brand and the reviews were great. the install of the rear tire took the longest due to being out of practice, front went on smoothly. i have only ridden on them once, but they did well on a track that is built on what i can only describe as a pure rock face with a dusting of dirt. hopefully i will get out to a different track here soon and get a better idea on how they perform in different dirt. Easy to install, huge improvement in acceleration, and breaking. Great on every terrain type, even harder dirt, though they will wear quicker. Do yourself a favor and try them
Great tires / great price. I purchased the combo set for my RMZ450. About normal getting them installed as with any tire. First ride was awesome. Superior traction thru mud, hard pack, and Georgia red clay and deep sand. I'm hoping for long life. Personally my favorite tire. They hold up really well and are good for many tracks except really hard pack dirt. we put these tires on my sons 2014 yz125 and he really likes them hoping to see how they do in the sand this weekend not real sure on durability yet need couple more rides to see.motosports had these sneakers out to us in two day. Love the geomax 52s, not a single complaint. Great intermediate tire of choice. The tires are great, but they were shipped with On Trac and it took nine days to get to me. They were 30 miles away for five days. They need to be shipped with UPS and then it would have all been good. What can I say I love Dunlop Tires. Allways have since my Roadracing days. I was a fanactic of Dunlop 756,and have really enjoyed the evolution of the GEO MAX line.
