But while on a 4th of July camping trip to Stone Mountain, Georgia, I had a site that was slightly inclined. After I had set my chocks and disconnected the trailer from the tow vehicle, it decided to shift considerably. Fortunately I had placed some leveling blocks behind the wheels, which kept it from rolling too far. The chocks I used were not so fortunate. I lost 3 of them as they got crushed from the weight of the trailer. I decided that I needed something heavier for the future. I searched the internet for heavy duty chocks and the Camco Super Wheel Chock kept coming to the top of the list and all of the reviews that I read indicated that everyone had had excellent experience using them.

I found them on the Walmart site for a very good price ($7.61 ea). I decided to purchase 4 of them to replace the ones that had been destroyed. They are solid and much wider than the chocks I had used previously.
