Now let me say that his road rash if it weren't for his leather vest would of been much more severe. I don't even want to think about it, thank god he was wearing his helmet. And his ankle for sure would of been broken if it had not been for these shoes. They seriously saved him there. His ankle did end up sprained but he was lucky, the bike landed on his ankle first. We may need to get him another pair when hes ready to ride again. But they don't look to bad considering.
