In the very first race reigning champion Jonathan Rea took the first win, chased hard by Chaz Davies and Davide Giugliano while young Dutchman Michael van der Mark was fiercely fighting right in the middle from the very start. Although setting the fastest lap time, Giugliano just lost out to Honda’s Van der Mark for the last podium spot. The first race showed a podium almost completely occupied by Arai RX-7V riders: 1. Rea. 3 Van der Mark. The second race was a complete success for Arai with a podium filled with Arai RX-7V riders with even the #4 position for an Arai rider Nicky Hayden. Jonathan Rea was off course extremely happy with his double victory: ‘’It’s incredible. I knew that Chaz Davies would make his move today, but he crashed. We changed the set-up of Kawasaki and that worked out just fine.
Still there is more, I think we just used only 85-90% of the bikes potential, so there is much more to come!’’. 2. Van der Mark. 24 FEB 2016  ''Life on 2 Wheels''A fascinating book that tells the story of Sjaak Lucassen accompanied by his Arai helmet who spent more than five years crisscrossing the world on a remarkable supersports bike: a Yamaha R1. best haircut for motorcycle helmetHe covered more than 250.000 kilometers, passed 75 countries and had countless adventures in between them. best 1000cc supersport motorcycle 2014Experience the journey in this book that takes you from the Sahara to Bolivia, from the ''Road of bones'' to a Venezuelan love affair. motorcycle permit wa test

As you well know, that often happens when a manufacturer tries to "improve" an iconic product. But in this case, the best got even better. Yes, it's expensive as all get-out, but the Corsair X is pretty much the pinnacle of motorcycle helmets in 2015. It meets the DOT standard in the U.S. and it's also Snell M2015 certified and the Corsair's safety record is one of the reasons the helmet is worn by more motorcycle racers than any other brand or type. The Corsair X does everything well. It's actually very quiet considering the amount of air that flows through it. And all of that that air flow can be tightly regulated with the new upper vent system, brow vents and what we call the big "sugar scoop" chin vent. The new eye port design provides outstanding visibility, especially when you're imitating Jorge Lorenzo in that full-race sportbike tuck. The visor provides outstanding visibility for the rider and it has a new and easier-to-use locking system and they even changed the removal method and side plates.
The "X" even comes with a big chin curtain in addition to the traditional Arai pull-down type. Combine all of that will a variety of cheek pad and liner thicknesses for a "bespoke" fit and you'd be hard-pressed to find a better helmet for any type of riding. That's why the Arai Corsair X gets the webBikeWorld Motorcycle Helmet of the Year Award in the Full-Face Helmet category!  17 NOV 2015  Arai at EICMA 2015 21 OCT 2015  Scott Deroue British Motostar Champion 2015It was a fantastic weekend for the Redline KTM team and their rider Dutchman Scott Deroue at the penultimate round at Silverstone. The Arai RX-7 rider did not only take a brilliant double race win but he also secured the 2015 British Motostar Championship. The 19-year-old from Holland made his debut appearance in the series this year and he has fought throughout the Championship with Taz Taylor. Scott showed his knowledge and former GP experience and rode throughout the year with a sensible head on his shoulders.
He has taken 10 wins so far and has only been off the podium twice throughout the entire season. Scott: I’ve had some great battles with Taz Taylor this season, we had totally different riding styles yet we have managed to do pretty much the same lap times at every race. Last but not least I want to thank my parents for the support they have given me since I started racing and my personal sponsors, without them I wouldn’t have been able to be here this season. I’m so pleased to now be the British Champion and it has been a great experience.” 13 OCT 2015  Arai Helmet WSBK service – Augusto FernandezSuperstock600 rider Augusto Fernandez brings his helmet to the Arai Helmet World Superbikeservice and gets some explanation about what we do with his helmet. 13 OCT 2015  VICTORY FOR DANI PEDROSA MOTOGP JAPAN It was a special day for Dani Pedrosa when he won the 50th Grand Prix win of his career at the Japan MotoGP. Pedrosa, who almost quit racing earlier this year because of an arm problem that needed surgery.
The Arai RX-7V rider grabbed the lead seven laps from the end of a wet race at the Twin Ring circuit in Motegi. He surged clear of his rivals to win for the first time this season.Pedrosa had not won a MotoGP race since the Czech Grand Prix in August 2014 and missed three of the season’s first four races due to the arm surgery. The 30-year-old has suffered from a problem common among motorcycle racers when pressure builds up in the forearm and causes intense pain, making riding a bike difficult when the muscle simply becomes too thick.Dani wore a special Aari helmet bearing the word ‘Samurai’ at Motegi and revealed he used the design because of his appreciation of the philosophy of the ancient Japanese warriors. “It’s the attitude and the way you approach to life and I always look at the philosophy of that people and it’s one thing that I like, so why not,” Pedrosa said. 08 OCT 2015  ARAI RIDERS NICKY HAYDEN AND MICHAEL VAN DER MARK TEAM UPHonda has confirmed the teammates that will spearhead its campaign in the 2016 World Superbike championship on the CBR1000RR Fireblade SP: current rider Michael van der Mark will be joined in the team by former MotoGP World Champion Nicky Hayden.
Hayden has been riding in MotoGP since 2003 when he joined the Repsol Honda team and the 34-year-old American has since gone on to start more than 200 Grands Prix, scoring 28 podiums and taking three wins. He won the MotoGP title with Honda in 2006. During his career Nicky Hayden always used Arai helmets. Nicky will team up for 2016 with Dutchman Michael van der Mark, one of the most exciting and talented young riders in the series. The 22-year-old Dutch flyer has followed Honda’s rider development programme in winning both the 2012 European Superstock 600 series and last year’s World Supersport championship on Honda’s CBR600RR. Van der Mark won back-to-back Suzuka 8 Hours races in Japan in 2013 and 2014 and has scored three podiums to date in his rookie World Superbike season on the Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade SP with the final round coming up in Qatar on 18 October. Just like Nicky, also Michael is a long time Arai rider. 08 OCT 2015  Superbike SAThis will be the last time i mention my crash as i must now build a bridge and get over it.
