"While on a four day trip touring through New Mexico, my group rode by the store in Los Lunas and entered the interstate towards Albuquerque. About four miles away, my rear tire went flat. I remembered the signs and found the store on my phone. It was 4:35 on a Saturday afternoon and the shop hours show them closing at 5:00. They guys searched through inventory to find a rear tire that would fit on my 2012 Concours (not exactly an easy thing). Once they determined that they had a tire, they sent a couple of guys and a trailer to pick me up. I was back on the road in under 90 minutes from when I first called them. The repairs took about 3 months due to everything that could go wrong seemed to go wrong. Honda sent the dealership faulty parts which had to be sent back, tools broke and diagnosing all the problems the ATV had was difficult. However they stuck with it, found all the problems, spent alot of man hours on the ATV and got it in great shape. They worked with me on the repair bill and I could not be happier with them and now the ATV. I appreciate their service and dedication to making sure I was and my ATV were well taken care of. They did a great job of keeping me informed as to what was going on with the ATV repairs. I appreciate it guys. He loves his bike. On a sad note,it still only has 9 miles on it!! We came to Okinawa Japan with paperwork we thought would be sufficient to get it registered, but it wasn’t. They actually want us to put it on a boat to the Suzuki factory to have it looked at and pay an extra 3000.00 to do this.
