I was impressed with the quality and look of the boots. Unlike others, I did not have an issue with the fit of my foot. The only downside I encountered with the boot is a pressure point where the second buckle sinches on my right ankle. Riding is not a problem, they are very comfortable. I do develop discomfort when having to walk. I have played with the tightness of the buckles to try and relieve the pressure point with limited success. This is my first pair of riding boots so I am not sure if this is a "common" issue. Other than that, I do like the boot feel while riding. This is a great boot for the price and the build quality is quite nice with the Italian leather. I purchased these boots for a trip over seas where I put ~2800miles on an BMW F800GS. No issues while riding these boots and they did a great job of keeping my feet dry and protected throughout the entire trip. These boots ran almost perfect to size for me (I have a small skinny size 9 foot), although there isn't any more adjustment room on the first or last buckle.

That said I do feel like the calf circumference should be reduced a bit as I am almost out of Velcro for the top seal. After 2.5 months of daily riding in hot/cold wet/dry weather the only wear these boots have shown is a popping a stitch at the back of the ankle (does not affect performance). Overall I give these boots a 4.5 since the fit does lack a little. Made for tiny french feet Right out of the box these were some pretty great boots. Once they went on my feet I knew otherwise. They are made for tiny European feet. The toe tapers downward and ends up crushing a fat American toe. The boots are great in protection, waterproof, the only detail is they run 1 size smaller. Great Boots but they run small... So I first ordered my true size (Size 11) from my local dealer. Boot was everything I was looking for except it was just too snug/tight. Reading other reviews I saw others had same issue and ordered one size up. So, I did the same...I exchanged mine for a Size 12 (one size larger than what I normally wear) and these boots fit like a glove and SUPER comfortable!

I will be using these on an 1800 mile round trip dual sport ride on my Yamaha Super Tenere and am sure they will work out great. Very pleased with fit and finish, three weeks after receipt. Got them with a little extra foot room. As others have said, shifting takes some getting used to, and I might adjust the shift lever up a notch. Like many others have said, the boots are comfy right out of the box. My size 10 fit great. Like others I am a bit concerned about the plastic buckles. I have not had an issue yet but we will see. Also there are only 3 buckles per boot but they do seem to tighten up well. I think overall they are a great boot for the intended purpose. These are a great boot!! I was looking for boots that would be comfortable in the summer and winter. I have worn them on several rides already in cooler temps and they have kept my feet warm. Still waiting on warmer weather but I have been wearing them around the house and not only are they comfortable to walk in I had no issues with my feet getting too warm.

I haven't ridden with them in more than a light rain yet but I don't anticipate any issues with the waterproofing. A bit on the tight side I usually wear size 9. Based on other reviews saying true to size, I ordered 9. They were a tick short and narrrow. 9 1/2 would be perfect. Returned and ordered size 10. Too bad the sizes are wierd, I really liked these boots. First I ordered a 9US/42Euro. They came and were too narrow. I returned them and ordered the 10US/44.5Euro. This time they were too big. I usually wear a 9-9.5 US or a 43 Euro. Unfortunately there is just oo much of a size gap. Returning these as well. True 2 size, comfy out of the box, good & study but flexy as well. Good for long rides. Easy to walk in. Could use a longer top strap. Big calves from cycling. Might order 2 middle straps to replace the top strap. I have to say best boots around. I also have the european offer only gaerne balance classic trails boot..The g adventure is the perfect boot,,waterproof fit and finish..
