Follow Great Western Road on to the A82 to Balloch, around 35 minutes, and follow the Western Shore of Loch Lomond. The Drovers Inn (One of the Oldest Pubs in Scotland, famous for housing Rob Roy) is a great place to stop off for food at the end.Again follow Great Western Road on to the A82, this time go through Balloch on to the A811 which leads to Stirling Road/Old Military Road.

Going through Gartocharn will take you to Duncryne Hill (Locally known as the Dumpling.)
