The Barbosa brothers – Paulo, Andre, Ricardo and Roberto emigrated from Brazil in the early 80’s and shortly thereafter discovered a love for dirt and off-road bike racing. At first it was just a hobby of sorts. Then in 1990, Paulo, Andre and Ricardo began competing in the American Motorcycle Association (AMA) District 37.
It wasn’t long before trophies piled up and their love of racing grew into a business. In 1994, Three Brothers Racing opened its doors to begin selling all brands of used motorcycles, dirt bikes, all terrain vehicles and accessories. Soon a service department opened with certified technicians to prep and repair bikes for all of its customers. Four years later in 1998, Three Brothers Racing became an exclusive KTM franchise in southern California. KTM’s Austrian bikes were relatively unknown in the US at that time but the Brothers were convinced it was one of the best motorcycle brands in the world. The Company grew dramatically thereafter.  In 2003 and 2004, Three Brothers Racing was the #1 distributor of KTM bikes in North America. We now offer new motorcycles from KTM, Husqvarna and Husaberg and have a huge selection of used racing cycles and dirt bikes along with motorcycle parts for sale here in Costa Mesa, California. It’s been nearly 20 years since the Brothers began racing in the United States.
Now it’s truly an extended family affair with sons, daughters, nieces, nephews and cousins all competing from around the world. Three Brothers Racing was built by a bunch of brothers who love racing. Racers – both young and old – are invited to join them for annual camping trips and experience the fun and love of racing with them. We’re glad to welcome you to our extended family.
