Flo is the newest member to our elite team. She works at Lowes full-time. Flo used to ride dirt bikes and started riding street motorcycles in 2010 by taking the BRC1 with us. She is now an avid rider and wants to be an avid motorcycle safety instructor. Ray Noreika - Owner Ray is the owner of The Riding Academy of NJ. The Boating Academy of NJ  and the General Manager of Big Boyz Toy Box. He is also a certified Master Mechanic with over 40+ years of experience servicing cars, trucks, motorcycles and tanks. While in the Army, Ray ran the motor pool and specialized in repairing tanks. He also owned a full service gas station and a very successful generator repair business in Bergen County, NJ. If it has wheels, Ray can fix it. Ray also races cars, builds engines, qualified for the US Olympic skeet shooting team, is an avid fisherman, boater and motorcyclist. Ray has also been selected by Warren County Community College to offer a motorcycle repair course to their students.

When you come to our school to take a motorcycle course, Ray will be the first one to greet you. He'll also be the one answeing the phone.
