The staff was very ready and willing to help us if a need arose. Our stay was a last minute decision and we felt we were welcomed as part of their family.

We found the hotel on our smart phone and when we called they gave us an amazing rate as well as giving us a discount of $10 off due to our last minute circumstances. A key feature that the four of us were thrilled with, were the motorcycle specific parking spots in close view of the front desk. The receptionist gave us all the amenities that we needed, since we did not plan on staying over night. We received toothpaste, toothbrushes, extra soap and towels, and shavers along with shaving cream. We loved our stay regardless of our unfortunate circumstances that caused us to stay. 1,838 reviews sorted by: This is a nice hotel and a great location, it might not be a 5 star, but I did get a five star service. They my treated my belove Husky as part of their family and I really greafull for that. Courtney was very helpfull as well as the rest of the staff, she even give us an upgrade without even asked for it, that was awesome. Bestwestern fallsview is the place to be, even if you are not a pet lover.

Great location and a awesome deal for your buck. Thanks for everything bestwestern fallsview and keep up the good work! “Best Pet Hotel Ever #2” I spent Memorial weekend at the Best Western on Fallsview. We got a good rate, spacious and clean room. Buffet breakfast was included on Sunday morning. I would recommend this hotel if you plan on a stay in Niagara Falls, it is walking distance to the Falls and many attractions downtown.
bluetooth motorcycle helmet edmonton Chose this hotel because it was close to the Falls and Clifton Hill and I trusted the Best Western name - important as this was the first time I have travelled with my daughter and without my hubby.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat. We book trough hotwire and pay around 70$ plus taxes, BUT chance we did not book trough hotel directly and pay the 170$ they are asking for. There was NO water for about 1h but then NO hot water at all, for hours... we had miss our restaurant reservation because of that, because they were always saying "yes its coming back in few mins" BUT we had wait over 1.5 hours and decide to make the best out of it WITHOUT the luxury of taken a shower, BUT we were at the restaurant TOO late and they didn't want to take us.
used motorcycle parts killeen txBathroom VERY small with only little shower cabin, no bath... its dirty... All furniture is old and outdated EVEN in the better room its really not nice. On a positive side YES its a great location, and we had only 1 towel in our room, and we had call to get some more and it took only few mins to get some, so good service there...

BUT i would never recommend it. Travelers are raving about these Niagara Falls hotels Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallsview Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel Sheraton on the Falls Best Western, Fallsview, remains are choice when we visit the Falls. Years ago, we stayed at the really cheap hotels a little farther away but the rooms were always small, dark and not really clean. Fallsview was recommended by AAA. After one visit, we were hooked. This hotel is an easy walk to the Falls, with a helpful staff that have given us very personalized service, especially Brian Kerr, Assistant General Manager. A few years ago we had one issue with too many smokers hanging out under a crosswalk below our room. I thought it was just something I had to accept but I did note that experience in my evaluation. I received a personal email from Brian advising me to make a specific room request next time I booked a reservation.

From that point on, we have received personal service from Brian to get room assignments that avoid that area. We are not pet owners so have always asked for, and received, pet free rooms. We love sitting on the porch and relaxing after a long day of trekking around; although we can't see the Falls we enjoy just watching the action and the Falls are not that far away. We always eat at the Bistro at least once each visit and the dinner menu includes local produce and wine. In fact, when we stopped and talked to the staff at the Visitor Center, this Best Western Bistro was known for using local products. We have been at this hotel during quiet times and busy times. When rowdy groups get a little crazy, it seems to be taken care of before we ever have to call. We have seen their Security personnel stay on the move, especially when the hotel is full. Our rooms have always been clean when we arrive and kept clean when we ask for maid service. We also very much appreciate the "Green" effort by promoting recycling [separate waste bins were in the lobby] and to avoid excessive linen use.
