Lately, my last two orders shipped 2-3 days after they were supposed to. And when I emailed them inquiring about the order status, they ignored my email although they promise to respond within 24 hours. The customer service has slipped and I will have to look else if this continues. Pitbull products are never questioned!!! Great stand and well worth the price! I ordered the pin for my Kawasaki ZX10R and it fit perfect. I highly recommend buying both the front and rear stands. I have three if you include the triple tree stand. They last forever and hold my bike perfectly still and even. My biddy has a cheaper brand and it held my bike at an angle. Best money you'll ever spend.
