Once you've learned your stuff there, it's not that difficult, especially during the "off" season months. Cons Small staff means more responsibility for everyone than at bigger stores. It also makes it harder to call out or re-schedule things sometimes. Cons Besides the issue with new Pos system being glitchy and fusterating for both assocaites and customers, most of whom are very understanding. My main concern and reason for poor review is corporate management seems to only care about percentages and bottom line. metal flake motorcycle helmetEmployees feel lack of support when enforcing corporate.polices. Corporate management has little interest in the well being of employees. The only interest in the employee's saftey happens after an.incident has occured and laws are in place were they must ackwolege the employees civil rights were violated at their workplace establishment. Therefore employee's feel unsafe. Advice to Management Be progressive in taking action to ensure workplace safety even if that is costly and worst case scenario, you have to relocate a store or employees to safer areas.

Cons The downside is the pace of work. Depending on the area you are located in can dictate how much business you get. The one I worked for was slow on most days with little to nothing to do. Advice to Management Updated technology would provide a stronger connection and ease of buying with the clients. The outdated technology takes too much time and takes away from other sales.
