Think twice about who's money is being spent. They didn't and I walked out. I immediately got on my tablet and found the Can Am at your company and from start to finish Ben was nothing short of good to me. He was very Professional and I loved the touch of him sending me a video speaking to me about the bike. He took a risk that I was just another caller but his risk paid off. I sent the deposit the next day and gave him a date and time I would be there. I was not disappointed. Steve is one of the best managers I have met in a long time. He actually spoke directly to us and that is something rare when you are making a vehicle purchase. Managers typically hold up in thier office with very little interaction of meeting whom they are doing business with. Then there was Bree to seal the deal and since it had been a very long day was quick fast and efficient in explaining what it is was I was signing.

And please let's not forget Scott in parts by then I was to through with the day(4 hours to get there)and he was understanding and help me get what I needed and quickly. Explaining all safety involved in being a rider. The only problem that occurred was that the trailer we rented from the Uhaul next door. The bike was way to big to go on it and we had to drive it home. Was not ready for that. As a business person I will suggest that you add that into your sales agenda to ask if a bike is being towed or driven and to help make those arrangements with your business neighbor. It's a win win for you and them. I am a disabled Veteran and plan to use this bike for funerals and to Welcome home our Troops back from Afghanistan. In my 46 years, I can't think of a single transaction of this complexity going so smoothly. I live 4 hours south in Orange County, and the one dealer here didn't have the Victory Jackpot I was set on. So I used google to locate one, and Clawson came up first. I phoned, and luckily Tim took the call. I immediately felt like I got a good, honest guy on the line, very unlike many dealerships I've worked with in the past. Tim was very precise in our conversation, unlike the vagueness you feel from less professional salespersons, which makes you feel like they are trying to build-in a hidden profit on you. Tim met all my inquiries, and to make a long story short, I felt so confident that I was in good hands, that I wired the funds and completed the transaction remotely, SIGHT UNSEEN. Tim let me know that he is as particular about a perfect, blemish-free bike as I am, and assured me he would see the bike through the custom work I wanted done. The stellar communication didn't end once the funds were wired, as Tim emailed or texted me daily while we waited for the custom parts to arrive.

I picked the bike up a couple days ago, and it is PERFECT. One more thing ... I rented a car to get to Fresno which had to be dropped off at the airport, and Tim offered to pick me up there when I arrived! Talk about going WAY over the top to ensure a satisfied customer!!! Clawson is a huge playground of bikes, ATV's, snowmobiles, etc. and I found the reason to their significant success in this competitive industry. I've been so impressed working with Tim (as well as his manager Barney), that they will be my first call when I'm in the market for another toy. I would surely prefer driving 4 hours to deal with these guys, than with the low-class, scheming people I've run into at most other dealers.Clawson MotorsportsI bought a 2012 Suzuki Z400. I have bought 3 ATV's and I have left the dealership each time happy with the transaction from beginning to end. I have never felt "ripped off" or taken advantage of. I am always leaving with a smile feeling like I had a fair transaction with honest people.
