We are as surprised as you are at this decision and understand the loss that some of you are feeling with a brand that we at Thunder Alley have personally helped develop and grow. As you may know, we were one of the first Victory dealerships in the country and our manager, JR, still has one of the first Victory motorcycles with over 160k miles on the odometer. We love the Victory brand and products and are deeply saddened by Polaris’ decision. But rest assured that we here at Thunder Alley Motorsports will be here to support our Victory family members. My bike wouldn't be finished for 6 weeks. I don't even know why I bothered taking it there, it was the same BS as Schumate all over again. Full Throttle got the work done promptly and when promised. I brought it back for the 500 mile recheck and it is running better than when it was new. The service on my Honda and quad have been just as exceptional as the HD service. The mechanics believe in talking to the customers and are willing to take the time to expain things to me. Great jobs guys, I will be back!!!!!!
