We also have about 50 or so used bikes going into back to school. As it turns out the summer has been pretty good for the bike shop. Sales for new and used bikes have been more brisk than usual. We have urban rides and some road bike riders have been meeting at the shop on Saturdays. The apartment across the street is going to open so there will be a wirlwind of new activity on our block. As for the Spin Cycle on Tap, we have been closed all summer but are booking bands and events.

This fall we are expanding to offer food served on our expanding patio. This is going to be an busy year but we are ready. We have several new employees Eric is ru nning the shop with Miles and Jessica and Jansen are running the tshirt screen printing press. There is alot of good news with the store and its over all health. As many of you know the second half of 2010 was a very hard time for Spin and its family. Very fortunately the community has rallied and the store is doing much better. Our sister business Monster Press Printing also had a record season of printing shirts with a huge list of satisfied customers. We have also received a lot of positive response and support of our newest venture Spin Cycle on Tap. Look for Spin to roar into the back to school with a fresh line of bikes and parts. We will be adding food served onto an expanded front patio.
